April 3rd Workshop: Get a FRESH Perspective on Your Business and Learn How Columbus REIA Members and the Real Estate Pros are Tackling Today’s Biggest Real Estate Investing Challenges – Presented By Columbus REIA Members, Contributors & Faculty
This workshop will be held at Hondros College on Saturday, April 3rd. Here’s a quick look at the agenda:
8:30-9:15AM – Non-Member Orientation
Columbus REIA non-members can save $45 at the door and attend this workshop for FREE by attending the Columbus REIA non-member orientation starting at 8:30AM. In this orientation, guests can listen in as Columbus REIA Executive Director Dave Zehala discusses “Why a Perfect Storm is Brewing in the Central Ohio Real Estate Market and How Columbus REIA Can Help You Capitalize on One of the Best buyers Markets of All-time”. Please note this is not a sales pitch to join the Association. The goal in this session is to share with you how investing in Central Ohio real estate can positively impact your financial health. Non-members that do not attend this session will be charged a $45 guest fee at the door.
9:30-1:00PM – General Session for All REIA Members
SESSION 1 & 2: DEAL FUNDING. Learn how to fund all your residential, commercial and apartment deals and never chase the money ever again for your deal. Learn how to triple your results with great marketing and learn how to network like and with multi-millionaires. In this session, nationally syndicated radio host and real estate entrepreneur, JT Foxx, discusses “Real Estate Success Strategies – How to Fund 100% of your real estate investing transactions and never walk away from a deal again”
SESSION 3: CREATING UNFAIR MARKETING ADVANTAGE - In the New Economy, creating an unfair advantage for your fledgling real estate business has never been easier thanks to the power of the internet and social media. In this session, listen in as Columbus REIA Executive Director, Dave Zehala, discusses “5 Things Every Serious Investor Real Estate Investor Needs to be Doing On the Internet RIGHT NOW to Create Unfair Advantage, Generate More Leads, and Increase Profits”
1:15-1:30PM – Special Session for REIA Gold Members

Rt. 161 West. Follow Exit for Sunbury Rd. Turn right at the traffic light onto Sunbury Road. Turn left onto Executive Parkway (1st light, next to McDonalds). Our facility is 1/4 mile on right.
