FAQ’s


Q: I just become a member and can’t login to the website. What do I do?

Within a few days after you join the Columbus Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) you will receive an email from our automated system with instructions. Please look for an email from columbusreia@gmail.com in your email box. If you cannot find this email please check your spam filter. In this email, you will be given a generic password to log into the system and once you have successfully logged in the first time, you will be prompted to immediately change your password.

Q. What are the benefits of being a member of Columbus REIA?

Q: When are your monthly workshops conducted and held?

Our meetings are generally held on the first or second Saturday of the month (excluding Holidays).  Please confirm meeting times by checking this website regulary for the most current information.  The address for the Northeast Conference Center (within Hondros College)  is 4140 Executive Parkway  Westerville, OH.

Q: Is there a fee to attend the meetings?

First time guests can attend their first Columbus REIA workshop for FREE by registering on this website.  After you register, your name will be placed on a VIP list that we will use to check you in at the door.   To register for one of our meetings, please provide your email in the box below the video on this web page.

Q: How long has the club been in existence?

Columbus REIA is celebrating its 22nd anniversary this year making it one of the most established and successful real estate investing associations in the United States. Since inception, Columbus REIA has helped thousands of Central Ohio real estate professionals achieve their real estate investing goals.

Q: About how many members attend each meeting?

Attendance will vary depending on the time of year and the keynote speaker, but Columbus REIA usually averages between 100-125 people per meeting.

Q: Do you provide food and beverages at the meetings?

Food, sodas, and snacks and box lunches for our workshops can be purchased at the live events.

Q: How can I become a speaker at the club?

You must be invited to speak at one of Columbus REIA meetings and general sessions. If you are interested in exploring this very special opportunity please send us a description of your product, service or topic, a copy of your speech outline and 3 industry references. Q: Can I give out flyers at the club meetings?

Unfortunately not. Only pre-approved meeting sponsors and vendors can display material at our meetings. Out of respect for our paying vendor members, violators of this policy risk having their REIA individual memberships revoked.
