THIS MONTH: One of our favorite meetings of the year is back ……masterminding with the group! Here is how it works. This meeting will be hosted by Columbus REIA Executive Director Steve Zehala and our goal will be to solve your real estate related problems that you are experiencing. This is an incredible meeting that you will not want to miss. We throw out the problems to the crowd and the joint knowledge of the folks in the room works magic to come up with solutions to the problem that are outside of the box that folks had anticipated…..and often times they never knew existed!

It’s often said is not what you know but who you know well at this meeting it’s your opportunity to know a whole lot of folks who want to help you get better and creatively help you kick your challenges in the rear end….. and answer your questions too. So bring the toughest problems that you have and will look forward to helping you resolving those issues!
HERE’S OUR AGENDA:
5:30 PM to approximately 6:30 PM: Networking, Dinner, drinks, meet and greet. At this point in the meeting everybody will have an opportunity to introduce themselves, give us your elevator speech about what you do, and to give us your input about the real estate market.
6:30 PM to 7 PM: Time permitting we will do buy sell trade were folks who have properties they are interested in selling can offer them up, and folks from the crowd can pick up art their deal and ask them detailed questions about it.
7 PM to 7:30 PM After introductions networking: Once everybody has had the opportunity to hear with the other folks in the room do invariably folks want to go introduce themselves and do business with each other. During this point in our meeting folks are encouraged to go meet with other people that they can do business with or can help in some way shape or form.

7:30 PM to 9 PM MASTERMIND PROBLEM-SOLVING SESSION….. At this point in the meeting we will start to bring up issues that folks need to have resolved and we will go around the room and do our best to solve these issues….. between the huge amount of knowledge, education, and experience that is in our room. TIME AND TIME AGAIN WE DON’T EVEN KNOW…… WHAT WE DON’T KNOW…..and these mastermind sessions work wonders!
