This workshop will be held at Hondros College on Saturday, March 20th. Here’s a quick look at the agenda:
8:30-9:15AM – Non-Member Orientation
Columbus REIA non-members can save $45 at the door and attend this workshop for FREE by attending the Columbus REIA non-member orientation starting at 8:30AM. In this orientation, guests can listen in as Columbus REIA Executive Director Dave Zehala discusses “Why a Perfect Storm is Brewing in the Central Ohio Real Estate Market and How Columbus REIA Can Help You Capitalize on One of the Best buyers Markets of All-time”. Non-members that do not attend this session will be charged a $45 workshop registration fee at the door.
9:30-1:00PM – General Session for All REIA Members
SESSION 1: DEAL X-RAYS – Wouldn’t it be nice to see how other REIA members are doing deals that are helping them generate fast cash and build wealth. Would you find it a valuable experience to learn the insider secrets of how each REIA member deal was completed, where the lead came from, how the investor profited, how they financed the deal, and the exit strategy they used to make money? In this session, Columbus REIA Exec Director Steve Zehala, discusses “Deal X-RAYS – Breaking Down Columbus REIA Member Deals for Maximum Success”
SESSION 2: FORECLOSURES, JUNIOR LIENS AND MORE – Foreclosure investing continues to drive the Central Ohio real estate market but did you know that banks will also take huge discounts on junior liens. Investing in junior liens is less competitive, can result in bigger deals, and in many cases are easier to work and find. Want to learn more? This month listen in as real estate pro, Paul Wells, discusses “Junior Lien Cash Machine – Buying Junior Liens and Judgment Liens from Distressed Properties”
SESSION 3: REAL ESTATE INVESTING PANEL GROUP! Unfortunately, Mr. Miyagi from the Karate Kid is booked this month but how about we assemble a panel of local real estate investing experts willing to give you FREE advice and help you trouble shoot your problems. Are you struggling wrapping your brain around a specific real estate investing strategy? Did you find yourself a good deal but don’t know where to turn. Are you itching to get started and just don’t know where to start? If so, let us help.
1:15 – 2:30PM– Special Session for Gold Level Members
