PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP LEVELThe PLATINUM level membership offers specialized training and coaching by REIA faculty members and is designed to quickly immerse you in real estate investing and help accelerate your growth. At this level, members will receive the following: 12 MONTHLY MEETINGSSILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members can attend all 12 of our regularly scheduled monthly meetings. Our meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at the Makoy Center in Hilliard, Ohio. Doors open at 5:00PM and for SILVER members the meetings usually wrap up around 9:00PM. At these meetings, members can attend up to five different break-out sessions: * Power Networking - Before every general session, we will conduct speed networking events and sponsor Happy Hours for all members and guests. Networking is a HUGE part of this business and this session will make it easy for you to meet other investors, vendors , and real estate professionals at the club. * Coaching Sessions - Before every general session, we will conduct group coaching sessions exclusively for BASIC, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members. Stay in this business long enough and at some point you’re going to get stuck and need some help on a specific problem. In this session, you have a place to go to get these questions answered by a local pro. * Buy-Sell-Trade - Before every general session, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members a chance to present their investment properties they have for sale to a room full of members looking to buy. This will help you sell your properties fast, and save you a ton of money on marketing your investment properties and paying real estate commissions. * Vendor Workshops – Several times a year, we will allow our vendor members to come in and make presentations on the latest and greatest real estate investing products, services and tools available in the marketplace. This will help you constantly find new solutions that will play a big role in growing your business. * Keynote Speakers – And finally, you’re going to get a different keynote speaker at each meeting. 6 times a year we will bring in a National Speaker to teach a “hot” real estate investing topic. These national experts will be a great source of new ideas and advanced strategies. The keynote speeches for the rest of the meetings will be delivered by a local pro. These Central Ohio experts will help you figure out the strategies that work the best here. COLUMBUS REIA BLOGBASIC, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members will also get access to the Columbus REIA BLOG. This BLOG is updated weekly and will provide you with a constant stream of real estate investing strategies, tips and techniques flowing into your business. REIA MEMBER DISCOUNTSBASIC, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members will also be able to take advantage of pre-negotiated discounts with national business partners such as AVIS, DHL, QuickBooks, OfficeMax, Nationwide Insurance, HD Supply, Smart Moves, Trak-1 Technology, CyberCollect, Saba Wireless, and Sherwin Williams Paint. REAL ESTATE LIBRARYSILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members will also be able to tap into our real estate investing Library. We have over 400 books, tapes and courses to choose from written by hundreds of different real estate experts. This 16-page newsletter is jam packed with up-to-date real estate investing articles written by local experts, national educators, faculty members, vendors, and other information sources. This will keep you current ,and bring you up to speed with what’s going on in our industry. OHIO PROFESSIONAL HOUSING PROVIDERSILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM members can also begin the process of becoming an Ohio Professional Housing Provider. This is real estate investing certification and education process by attending courses we offer through the Association. Upon completion, this will give you a huge source of credibility with buyers, sellers, vendors, business partners, and other stakeholders involved in the real estate process. KIYOSAKI CASH FLOW GAMEGOLD and PLATINUM members can play the Kiyosaki Cash Flow Game at our monthly meetings for FREE. This is a great way to learn fundamental cash flow techniques and figure out what it takes to achieve financial freedom. Game tables will be organized by skill levels, and we will have a REIA Educator monitor the games in order to answer whatever questions you may have. CLOSED DOOR TRAINING SESSIONSGOLD and PLATINUM members will also be invited to attend our EXCLUSIVE closed-door training sessions immediately after the keynote speaker/general sessions are over. These sessions will be taught by our very own REIA Educators, and will provide you with more specialized and advanced real estate investing training in a smaller, more personalized group setting. MONTHLY TELECOACHING CALLGOLD and PLATINUM members will also be invited to participate in a group tele-coaching call in between our regularly scheduled monthly meetings The format of these teleconference calls will include interviews with local/national pros , deal reviews , question and answer calls, and advanced training sessions. FREE MOTIVATED SELLER WEBSITEGOLD and PLATINUM members will also receive a FREE Motivated Seller Website. Having your own website will give you instant credibility with sellers, generate leads, and help separate you from the competition. You can use your own domain name, customize it with your own business contact information, AND you will not be charged ANY setup or ongoing hosting fees. The website is included as part of your membership. This will give you a chance to expand your network, pick the brain of a national pro, and do it in an informal setting where you can do a deep dive on the topics important to you. Past speakers include Robert Shemin, Lou Brown and Ron LeGrand. MEMBERSHIP WEBSITE– PLATINUM LEVEL ACCESSPLATINUM members will also get unrestricted access to the Columbus REIA Website including real estate articles, tips, techniques, vendor directories, investment property posts, online video tutorials, meeting replays and discussion boards moderated by our faculty members. PLATINUM members will also be able to access our Forms Vault consisting of thousands of dollars worth of real estate investing forms and agreements donated by faculty members, local pros, keynote speakers, and real estate attorneys. DISCOUNTS ON REIA TRAINING EVENTSPLATINUM members will also receive a 33% discount off all future REIA training events that we offer through the association. This includes one day workshops, seminars and boot camps. PLUS: SPECIALIZED TRAINING AND COACHING PROGRAMSPLATINUM members will also be given the special opportunity to participate in the Columbus REIA training & coaching program. Each course will be taught by a local pro and they will provide you with training, coaching and mentoring services. These courses are designed to provide you with continuing education, and at the end of each calendar quarter you will be given the option to switch classes and enroll in another course if you desire. Here’s a current list of courses being offered through Columbus REIA:
* Monthly Training & Coaching Sessions - In addition to our regularly scheduled monthly meetings, closed-door training sessions, and monthly tele-coaching calls, you will also receive an extra training and coaching session delivered by your chosen Columbus REIA faculty member each month. Four times a year these half-day meetings will be held in the classroom. This will give you a chance to get know your local coach and the other students. The other training sessions will be delivered through a 1.5-2 hour long teleconference or webinar that you can listen to from the comfort of your own home. Miss a meeting? No problem. We will record these sessions and make them available to you for an extra week or so on the Platinum only section of the website. * Deal Review Certificates – You are also going to be able to cash in on two deal review certificates per year. In this program, if you get stuck on a deal or analysis paralysis sets in, simply fax your deal review certificate to your faculty member/coach and they will review the deal for you as if it were their own deal.
