The above Applicant, in consideration for his/her acceptance as member of the Association, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify the Association, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions, or communications made by the Association and/or officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and/or contactors in or through their respective capacities with the Association. Members agree to comply with the Code of Ethics as described in detail on this website. Providing this information also constitutes your permission for Columbus REIA to contact you regarding related information via email, fax and phone. Please note that you will automatically continue at the lowest published Columbus REIA enrollment rate at your current membership level when your pre-paid annual or quarterly membership is up for renewal.
